Help & Clarifications

Frequently Asked Inquiries

Common questions before setting foot on Himalayan trails.

How do I book a package?

Tap Get Enquiry on any package, or message us on WhatsApp. Share your dates and group size and we will reply with availability, price and the next steps.

Do I need prior trekking or riding experience?

For entry-level treks like Beas Kund or Bhrigu Lake, basic physical fitness is sufficient. However, for crossover treks like Hampta Pass (14,100 ft) or motorcycle expeditions over Khardung La (17,982 ft), prior mountain riding or high-altitude endurance is recommended. Our marshals brief and assess all participants prior to pass departures.

Who arranges the inner-line and Rohtang NGT permits?

Skypath Travels handles 100% of your permit paperwork. This includes Rohtang Pass NGT permits, Ladakh Inner Line Permits (Pangong, Nubra, Hanle), and Spiti border checkpoint approvals. All permit processing charges are already included in your package fee.

What happens in case of Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS) or weather roadblocks?

Every convoy and campsite is equipped with portable medical oxygen cylinders, pulse oximeters, and first-aid kits. If an individual displays signs of severe altitude sickness, our certified sweep marshal initiates immediate safe descent protocols to a lower basecamp.
